A-Level/Sixth Form Admissions

We work with leading independent fifth and sixth form colleges offering a wide range of A-level subjects in friendly, successful environments. These courses are offered over a one year or two-year period. We believe in making our courses fit the student’s requirements, not the other way round. We also offer flexible programme for GCSE and A level retake students that are tailor-made to maximise their chances of academic success.

Our aim is to connect your child with the college that is right for them. We take the time to understand their long-term aspirations and get to know who they are as a student. That way, we can present you with the best options out there, fully explain the details and walk you through the process.

Boarding Schools

We support parents and students to make the most important decision of choosing the right school that meets their requirements, with our specialist help you are certain to find a school that best suits your child’s needs. We have ongoing relationships with suitable Preparatory schools, Senior schools, and Colleges within the UK.

A boarding school education ensures students gain good qualifications, confidence, independence, and a breadth of interests - a true education for life!

Boarding Schools can be classified into three main types of independent school for students aged 7 to 18 years. These are:

  • Preparatory Schools (sometimes called junior schools) for students aged 7 to 11 or 13 years
  • Senior Schools (sometimes called secondary schools) for students aged 11 or 13 years to 16 or 18 years
  • Independent Colleges (which are often referred to as tutorial, sixth-form, or further education colleges) for students aged 16 and over

Summer Schools

There is a wealth of expertly designed summer programmes for 8 – 18-year-olds. They are specifically designed for international families and run from June to August. They offer young people the opportunity to explore future careers and traditional academic subjects in refreshing new ways, while also engaging in modern skills-based approaches to learning such as critical thinking and creative problem solving. Your child can enjoy in-person or online courses that really extend their experience into different areas of learning. There will be something exciting and challenging to keep them learning during the summer break.

The in-built flexibility of these courses means that they are also an appropriate way to bridge any gaps in your child’s education experience, at any subject or level. A holiday revision course helps your child consolidate their learning, build their confidence, and maximise their academic potential. Whatever their passion, we will help you find it.

Guardianship

All international students are required to have an Education Guardian in the UK. This is in case schools need to contact someone who can act on your child’s behalf in an emergency. The Education Guardian needs to be resident in the UK, speak fluent English and in most cases, be over 25 years of age. Some students choose to use professional guardianship companies, others will nominate a family member or family friend. If you require assistance appointing a suitable guardian, we can refer you to suitable providers.
